This
special seven day expedition explores areas
rarely seen by non-bedouins. Most of the sites
are totally inaccessible by 4WD or camel- this
is hiking in its purest form. The trip starts in
the area of St. Catherine's monastery. The tour
covers Egypts greatest mountain range (2500m),
where we investigate prehistoric tiger traps,
gardens, wild fruit trees, and water pools.
Escorted by our local bedouin guide, we learn
about the lifestyle and customs of the local
inhabitants. |

This seven day
expedition follows
in the footsteps Alexander the Great as he
marched across Egypt in search of fame and
glory. We set forth from Alexandria with a visit
the WWII battleground of El Alamein, where
thousands died in a struggle to control the Suez
Canal and its oil choke points. Driving west, we
reach the ancient harbor of Marsa Matruh. Then
its on to Siwa Oasis, site of the famous Oracle
visited by Alexander the Great, and home to a
people long isolated by the harsh desert
environment. Heading eastward, we cross the
Great Sand Sea on our drive back to Bahareya
Oasis where we visit the recently discovered
Golden Mummies. Exploring the White Desert with
its unusual limestone formations, gazing upon
the incomparable Crystal Mountain, visiting
unique oases and an ancient Roman ghost town,
this expedition will make the desert come alive
as no book or video could ever!

This special ten day
expedition covers
all the oases in the Western Desert. We start at
the ancient harbor of Marsa Matruh. Then,
following the foot steps of Alexander the Great,
we travel to and explore Siwa Oasis. We then
cross the Great Sand Sea as we journey to
Bahareya Oasis, site of the recently discovered
Golden Mummies. Then its on to the Black and
White Deserts with their unusual limestone
formations, the Crystal Mountain, Farafra,
Dakhla, and Kharga Oases, Roman ghost towns and
pottery, and, finally, Luxor. This tour
thoroughly explores the entire oasis region and
gives visitors a deep insight into the
area.

This
special ten day expedition crosses the entire
south Sinai region. We journey across Sinai,
traveling to locations rarely seen by tourists.
A two hour hike takes us to the only ancient
Egyptian temple in the Sinai - the Temple of
Hathor. We then journey to the isolated oasis of
Ain Khudra and the picturesque oasis of Ain Om
Ahmed. We trek trough the Colored Canyon, and
take a camel safari along the coast to the
incomparable Blue Hole, where we snorkel among
its amazing coral reefs. After a day at the
beach, we travel to Mount Moses and hike to its
summit. We wind down this expedition with a
relaxing boat trip on the Red Sea before
returning to city life in Cairo.

This special eight day
expedition exposes you to both the beautiful
Sinai desert and the amazing underwater world of
the Red Sea. The expedition covers areas such as

Mohamed, we load our diving tanks and equipment
on to camels and journey to the isolated
dive/snorkel spot of Abou Galloum. We then enjoy
two days of incomparable boat diving/snorkeling
among the beautiful islands of the Red Sea.

This
incredible seven day diving expedition takes you
to some of the most magnificent dive sites in
the world. We enjoy seven days aboard a
luxurious yacht that takes us to the colorful
reefs of Tiran, the national park of Ras
Mohamed, and the famous Thistelgorm wreck. At
sunset each evening, we anchor in a quiet cove
or protected reef and relax under the stars
after a full day of diving and wonderful meals.
We return to the amazing resort town of Sharm El
Sheik where you have free time to explore before
returning to Cairo the next day.

This
special fifteen day expedition is designed for
those with a keen sense of adventure. The Gilf
Kebir desert is one of the most arid and least
explored areas in the world. Once inhabited by
tribes and game, we find traces of prehistoric
life that flourished in the area. Flints,
grinding stones, and many other tools are
scattered around waiting to be discovered. The
area is an explorer's paradise with discoveries
that include rock art painting and shelters.
After departing the area, we pass through the
Great Sand Sea to reach Siwa. This is an
unforgettable expedition for seasoned explorers.
